Command Center

I still have not received the "look elsewhere message"
I have been to every inch and cornor of the command center level. I've even been out and back twice, and still nothing. Is there something I need to look at and read. or ..what? what am I missing here?

Are you sure you haven't got the exp. In one game i had the same problem, i thought i hadn't got the exp, but i just hadn't noticed when the Dialogue appeared in the window. Just check your exp tally, if you went straight from vault 13, you should have around 500 without the exp, and 1300 with, as you get 800 exp for completing it(i think). If you did the shady sands Radscorpions quest then you should have around 3000 ish if you got the reward.

Also you can check on your pipboy i think as to the progress of quests.
