Fallout with win2k sp3

Hi, I managed to get Fallout installed, but its really annoying to play. The entire screen turns black, except around moving things. Moving the cursor around will clear it off, but it keeps turn back to black after a few seconds. Any way I can fix this? I've tried every compatibility mode, but it does the same thing for each :(

Try updating your graphic card drivers, but remember to post in the apropiate forums the next time (this one should have been in the Fallout tech problems).
