Finished game. Amazing!

Wow. Absolutely amazing! What a satisfying game to play. Though having a level 21 character with 200% Energy Weapon skill did take some fun out of the game. I managed to kill the Master without much difficulty (got 3 crticals in a row for 120+ HPs).

Now I see why the Overseer is a bastard and why everyone wants to kill him. But I guess if he didn't do what he did, there wouldn't be a sequel right? :)

Thanks for everyone's help here. I'll be starting Fallout 2 very soon, once I get it shipped to me.

Yeah, the drawback of Fallout as an action-based CRPG is that you spend half of the game scared out of your pants with all this talk of the Master and his Mutant Armies of Doom, trying to gain as much experience as possible...

Oh, and good luck with FO2 - you'll love the improved interface, but the overall design might leave you disappointed.

i was more afraid of the time limit running out after i got the water chip. (i used the unpatched version) and it never warned me when it was gonna all of a sudden end and i'd get the mutant army attacking V13 movie thingy. =\
