[FO1] Finishing level...

Finishing level...

I have NEVER gotten past level 16 or so......never to 18....there's just not that much stuff to do to get to those levels for me.....i don't use the Slappy deathclaw cheat nor do i hang around the boneyard waiting for deathclaws to be born....they don't appear in 1 hour like some claim......it's more like a few days for my game....what are the perks at levels 18 and 21 ???? are they useful???? the only way i juice up exp. points is to wander around the military base fighting muties.....i guess the board monitors don't bother reading the posts on this board....my power armor question has gone unanswered.....oh well.....any input would be appreciated.
 
Power Armor Question

You can also get power armor by talking to the BOS mechanic, on level 3? (been a while since I played FO1). He will say he needs a motivator or something, so you can go to level 1 and:
A) Talk the guy he refers you to into giving you the part
B) Sneak into the guy's room (It's on Level 1, next to the elevator), then steal the part from his office locker
C) Talk the quartermaster into giving you the part.

Also, you have to be careful what you say to the initiate after you free him: ask, I think, Are you going to be alright? I believe if you say anything else you won't get the power armor.

Yeah....i knew about both ways to get the armor....as i stated in my original power armor post....i've also noticed which reply you give to the BOS guy seems to affect Talus' offer of a reward.....it's just sometimes he doesn't offer it.....only the weapons....even if i give the correct reply to the initiate....oh well.....thanx
