Getting Power Armor.....
I know both ways to get it but my question is......is there some sequence of quests you have to do to get the armor before saving the initiate????? i always thought i just had to be at level 6 or higher to get it as a reward.....or is it your karma that has to be at a certain level???.....my charisma is really low....could that be it???.......this time thru i'm playing with everything cranked up but charisma.....without it it'll be hard to finish the game....almost impossible in my eyes....i'll have to be a psycho suckin fool to fight even lightly armed muties....any help would be appreciated.
