Ghoul at the Folloewrs of the Apocalypse

When I had talked to Nicole about the Followers history i decided to explore the placed some more.
I went down a staircase and talked to a Ghoul that helps the Followers against the Children. he gave me a quest to find the spy that spies on the Followers for the Children of the Cathedral. I´ve played through Fallout 1 a couple of times and finished all the quest except this one.
How do i finish this one? Hope it´s not a bug...

No, it's not a bug. It's simply a quest that was never implemented. In other words: you can't finish this quest, because the npc's you would have to talk to are not in the game.

The ghoul in the basement (Talius) can actually give you a Flamer if you tell him that you killed the mutants in Necropolis. If, on the other hand, you ask him who leads the mutants and you offer to kill the Master, he'll give you a Flamer and some fuel to go with it. Once he gives you the quest to find the Children spy in the Followers, he won't speak to you any more.

You can also get a package of mentats if you're playing a stupid character, but you aren't right? :o
