horrigan armour mod

for my birthday in supplement to my actual present my brother installed the mod that places "THE MANS" armour in klamath i decided to find it and play about with it for fun but not use it to finnish the game but after 2 days of searching i cant find it please send hints and if i ask...spoilers
oh and fo2 junkie before u post I HAVE ALREADY CHECKED SOME WALKTHROUGHS AND ITS NOT THERE cant we be friends???? I know my litle bushhhyyyyy awwwww bunnnnyyy badums would love ure... FINGERS!!!!! haahhahahahahahaah (dont know what im saying, it just bit me yesterday)
