How do you get to the Master?

I'm playing the game again but I can't get to the Master now.
Before I've always been taken there by Morpheus (wonder if the Matrix got that from here...). However, I went up to the top of the Cathedral and the Nightkins all turned on me, like they ahd done before on the lower levels. I had to kill Morpheus - but there must be another way to the Master??

P.s. I got to the bottom of the cathedral anyway and only found an A-bomb there. I don't have the skill to repair it, even though its 75%. What skill do I need? Does detonating this kill the Master automatically?

Over by the computers in the lower level is a door to get to the master.....not near the elevator...that leads to the bomb.....make sure you have good doctor skill when you go thru the passage that leads to the master.....arming the bomb is the easy way.....all i did was just clicked on the hand icon and it armed it.....you don't need Morpheus for anything...i just kill him and all the nightkins

If you killed the lieutenant and searched the lockers, or is it on his body, anyway you can find a key that you can use to detonate the bomb.
