Iguana Bob and Overseer

Is there any way to tell to sheriff about Bob's little businesses with Morbid? He should be PUNISHED (or dipped)!
And is there any way to kill that friggin overseer? I really would like to get medieval on his face, FACE , FACE!

You can not turn Iguana Bob in. You can extort money from him.

The overseeër can be killed. But only at the end of the game and it requires to have either the berserker karma trait or the bloody mess trait.

You can kill the Overseer without any special traits or perks. The trick is as soon as you appear in the Vault 13 cavern at the end of the game, just keep pressing "a" until combat starts. Then blow the !@#$%^ away!

You should know that the overseer gets killed by you in the end and you don´t have to press A because you will do it anyway when he turns you the back to go in. With a scream you draw the gun and shoot the traitor!

As i said before, only when you have the berserker karma trait or have blody mess as a trait.
