Hi I'm in junktown. I killed the miget guy but am unable to open the locked locker. I diarmed the bomb but can't seem to get the lock to unlock. even with lockpicks. it keeps jaming the tumblers. any ideas here?
and second.
I have killed gizmo already and have talked to the singer in the bar. the watress will not talk to me about Saul though. I have tried to get saul to talk about the GF thing but neither will. What am I doing wrong here?
and third.
When I get the urn and go back to vic I only have 2 options one is not join them and they want a fight to death or 2, I join them and we go to the bar in commens to kill the bar owner. the option to have other things to do isn't there. Any ideas on this one?

let's see

1. Seems obvious. Your lockpick skill isn't high enough. I tagged that skill in my last game and got it up to 101 % and i had no problems. Still took me a couple of tries though.

2. You have to talk to the bar owner, Neal. Just ask him some general questions. Then the Skulz member will hit Trish and she screams out for Saul. After that you can ask who Saul is and then you can talk to him about it. You'll need either a charisma, intelligence or speech check (not sure wich) to get him to mention the 'She doesn't like my boxing' thread.

3. You should be able to get a line that you have to prepare for it first aftet that you can go tell Lars. If you don't it maybe that you intelligence or speech skill is to low. Oh, and are you sure you have gotten the quest from Lars to bust the Skulz gang, ie is it in your PIP boy because otherwise it might not work.

ahh yes finally, I finally got the lock picked had to keep reloading it would jam all the time. finally got it done.
on the boxing thread never did get that one done the girl and bar owner got killed by the gang, couldn't never get the gang thread need either. even with the quest option. so I just eliminated them. still came out the same too. wound up having to kill everyone in town almost though. all the cops came after me. the 2 girls in the hotel and the sherrif still lives. the sherrif arrested me for theiving. I broke out of jail and got exps for that and now I'm an fugitive in junktown though. hehehe. I've made it to the entrance of the glow right now and tring to figure out where I've seen the closest rope at to go get. any ideas?

Iirc, there is one in the hospital in the Hub or go check the merchants in the Hub, you probably sold your excess ropes to one of them.
