Master and NPC carrying ability

First, I saved just before meeting the Master. I talked to him and convinced him that his plan wasn't going to work. I tried to leave, but got stuck on the trick door and died from a rather extreme radiation exposure. I tried to load it again to do the same thing, but the Master usually wont even let me tell him about the evidence, or if I can, it does not convince him. Does the game only let you do this once? It is too hard for me and 2 droids to kill him and 3 mutants. I am not scientific enough to active the bomb by itself. Even if I get that far, how do I get through the trick door from the other side? Dynamite?

Also, it seems that after a while NPC's carry less and less. I wanted to give Tasha more ammo for a SMG, but she could not carry it. So I dumped more and more stuff until she was empty and she refused to take anything. Similar thing with Tycho. Now I gots to carry everything.

Can't help you much with your problems there about the NPCs. I just give everything to Ian. An easier way to kill the master is to get the Lieutenants Key from the Lieutenant in the military base. With this you can activate the bomb.

Well, you CAN always bring the master to give up if you have good speech skill. Also you have to show him Vrees holodisk which shows that mutants are sterile. If you speech is low, try it over and over again...

I can not understand why you got stuck after that.
Just RUN your way out QUICKLY out of the cathedral to the world map.

About the NPCs ... how much RAM do you have? Perhaps it is too low?

P.S. You can icrease your science skill with books from Mrs Stample in Hub.

Actually, you can also tell him to ask the mutants.

I think (i'm not positive) that he checks with his subordinates, and comes back with essentially 'they say everything is fine', then you ask him if he asked any females, which convinces him.

(NPC´s)have you tried to use steal on them, maybe that works

My speech is 65. The first time I talked to him, I was able to convince him to kill himself. I tried it 40 times since then, but nothing. Either the path "You are going to turn everone to mutants" does not turn up, or he thinks I bluff about the sterility, or even I give him the disk he does not believe it.

I was getting stuck on the trap door - it was not open, and I could not open it from the inside.

I have beaten it since then. I spent a full level's points on science (and I have the trait that gives me extra points), plus I took the computer course plus a couple of books. Luckly the door stayed open while I left.

I dont think 65% is enough. Personally I had above 100%. If you show him the disk and he doesnt believe it you must say somethink like "You must accept the facts" (cant remember).
If you cant, then your IN is low.

P.S.Take a few Mentats before speaking to him.

Uhh, I think it's more like "It's you who is lying to yourself. You deny the facts that are in front of you".

Something like that, anyway.
