Necropolis...

I just started playing Fallout again and i'm at Necropolis.
When I enter the town (armed or unarmed)all the friggin ghouls attack me.

The flames are all long gone,
but the pain lingers on.

This may have something to do with reputation or your willingness to stand to close to a ghoul. Most of them on the first board will lash at you if you stand to close or annoy them. But some of them will talk to you. I am assuming none of them talked.
