As I was replaying the game... again,
I discovered that I never Released the glowing Ghouls from Set's House, how on earth do I do that?? I never saw any so called "switch" that opens the cages.
Does it even exist?

Yes, I read about that switch too but never found it. I searched nearly every bit of the wall in the past (I still remember that).

Can it be that the one who wrote that meaned the switch that open that secret wall to get to the room where the entrance to the underground is?

Nah, that's not a switch that's a door you have to untrap and lockpick. I think the bloody, Bloody, BLOODY thing doesn't exist since I have clicked on evry tile on every wall and then some.
