they are in the Library in L.A.Boneyard. Katja is there also. She rules with ripper, if you get her to wield it

i just felt like answering an old post no one really eeds.......the library is the left exit grid from the blades building,go inside and talk to katja,dont get her she actually sux(all npcs do) so kill em all,but than go talk to nicole and she will tell you about laura at the cathedral,than if you want go downstairs and talk to the mutant,he will give you a quest to look for a spy,there isnt one,so..thats the library
