Oops...

I broke in to Killians house at night to steal some neat stuff from the table. Naturally, the guards saw me, one thing led to another, and all three guards and killian were killed. (Yeah, I´m bad) I took all the stuff from Killians room and saved my game. I was going to save to some different slot, but I accidently overwrited my current game. So I was just wondering that will killians death affect something. (is something bad going to happen?)

only in junktown. all the guards will probably attack you and such.

Yes, I think it does something in the types of endings you get.
also the prior poster is right, avoid junktown unless you want a brawl. If you have not recruited dogmeat and Tycho, you will have some problems. Might think about replaying.

Also, you are better off not robbing Killian's safe. later in the game you have so much stuff that you can buy anything you want from him. In fact, he probably won't have enough stuff that's worth buying. You will do most of your shopping in the Hub.
