[FO1] Radiation got me...help~~~

Radiation got me...help~~~

Right now I'm in The Glow. I just notice I got a reading of 1990 raidation reading... I only have 1 RadAway, and whenever I walk on the map I will die in about 1 day... what can I do??? Or did I just screw up?

Look if there r any other Rad-Away or Rad-X on your NPCs or in the glow.

Well yes, you're screwed, for there is some more anti-rad stuff in the glow, but not enough to save you with those readings. Load a saved game and buy the anti-rad stuff from the drug dealer at The Hub . 3 or 4 rad x and radaways are enough i guess...you'll find some more in the Glow..
 
I'll probably get killed for this...

But can't he just use a save game editor and give himself a bagillion radaways or set his rad resistance to a very high percentage?

Nope... radiation effects happen with a certain delay, and removing your current rem count before then doesn't stop it from happening. If you save while your character is marked for death, you will die.
