Scorpion Fighting

I read something about scorpion fighting in Junktown. How do you do this? I never got that speech option before.

It can only be done at a certain time of day. I'm not to sure about the exact time but i think it's in the evening. Anyway, go to the boxing ring behind and a little to the left of the skum pitt. If somebody is inside the ring you can talk to the person in front of it. Then you can bet on the outcome of the match.
