1. What are the best weapons Ian, tycho and Katja can use?

2. Including Dogmeat, Are there any other NPCs available than these?

I would like to know these things.

a. Ian: 223. pistol
b. Tycho: Sniper rifle
c. Katja: Ripper or 14mm pistol

2.
You could take Tandi with you till the end if
you do not return her to Shady Shands (bad idea).
Anyway, her best weapon is ripper or 14mm pistol.
P.S. Dont give NPCs burst weapons, you wont like it, believe someone who got much SMG bursts from Ian.

You can buy one at the weapons dealer in the HUB or you can find few of them during your quests later in the game.
