Strange problem with the Blades

I think this may be a bug.

I talked to Razor for the first time, and she's mad at me for making the GunRunners go away.
Well I hadn't even seen the GunRunners at that point, so I checked out the GunRunners. They're all there.
Now Razor is refusing to speak to me..

I previously finished the International version, and didn't have this kind of problem.
The version I'm playing now is the US version (from the Fallout1/2 bundle).

Is this a bug? Is there a fix?
(Please.. tell me there is one..)

Yes that was a script-error bug... probably the worst (most blatant) bug found in the original game. I believe the patch (which I never used when I used to play Fallout) fixed it. But without it, the way around this was simple - As soon as you first enter the Boneyard (fenced-in, Regulator area) and have spoken to the gate guards, immediately leave the area and go talk to the Blades FIRST! Then you can safely go back and talk to the people in the Regulator area & the Gunrunners.. for some reason, talking to the folks in the Regulator area first sets this bug off... hope you had a save shortly before entering this whole area. Remember, save often.
