Stuck in Necropolis

I just got out of Sets church and cant find a manhole. Whenever i approach the edge of the screen to the north (or south) it says 'the way to the south is blocked by rubble. You will have to find another way' but there is no manhole. The only building i can get to is the church, i have circled it - but nada!Soi cant find mutants or water shed or water chip

There is a secret door in one of the south-eastern wall in the church that leads to a corridor with a manhole. Be aware that it's trapped with explosives, though. I think you have to use your Trap skills to open the door, but I'm not sure.

Yes thats the manhole i came in through, from the sewers, where i met the nice ghouls. According to all walkthroughs im sposed to exit church west, and go north to another manhole near a mutant, but theres NOBODY anywhere outside church except a few ghouls. Theres a brown exit grid, some bits of building i cant enter and thats it. NoManhole. How do i get to Water Shed? Is this normal? I have patched 1.1 so shouldnt be a bug.

Go back to the sewer with the friendly ghouls. The ones that ask you to fix the water shed. Then go as far up as you can go. You should walk onto an exit grid and come into yet another part of the sewers. Find a ladder and go up. You should now be at the water shed.
