[FO1] The Glow: Missing Corpse with Red Pass Key Card

Hi

I can't find the red key card needed to enter The Glow level 4. After searching the place for about an hour I read the ultimate walkthrough and it says

On level 2, (...) get the Red Pass Key from a corpse to the northeast (...).

But there is no corpse. Level 2 is empty (except for the robots). Is this a known bug? Has it a solution? Or is my perception screwed?

Thank you very much. I searched for "red pass card" - so the results were garbage. I'll try to find information in that thread.
