Turbo laser rifle

Anybody knows how can can I get this weapon in Fallout? And is anyone playing The Bad guy? How does it look like?

There is no turbo laser rifle. If you mean the turbo plasma rifle, first you must save the boneyard from the regulators. Then, take a plasma rifle to the Smitty.

I seem to remember that the only thing you need to do to get the turbo plasma rifle is fix the hydroponics farm and then take a plasma rifle to Smitty.

Thanks. Sure I know about turbo plasma rifle. I just heard that there is turbo laser rifle too but I couldn't find it. It really looks like it was a joke...
