[FO1] Unopened doors

Unopened doors

In the Glow level 1 there is a door in the top right corner that's welded shut. I can't lock-pick or repair it, and plastic explosives and dynamite don't blast it open. Is there a way to get this door open?

Also, there's a locker on the far right on level 1 of the cathedral vault that I can't lock-pick despite having a fairly high skill. Is there anything important or interesting in it -- maybe a holodisk?

I thnk that if you have a high strength you can open that door, but not to sure. I know that i have been in there but you will not find anything that is that important.
Are you talking about level 1 of the cathedral vault ? I have opened that locker aswell and again nothing important to find.
