Vault 13 Music

Does anyone know what the voices in the Vault 13 music say? I have concluded that the whispery one is probably backwards, because when played backwards I could make out "Yes it's true" a few times. The other one Isn't backwards but still cannot be understood.

Anyone have a clue?

Well, if you listen to the ambient noises in the background of the music that plays inside vault 13 for the first fallout,
theres typing
and then theres voices.
