Where can you get a power fist?

I have a hand to hand fighter and i could use some extra punch power, but where can i find the power fist?
I've made it to Adytum but i havent yet found one.

The gunrunners sometimes have a few......random mutants too.....sometimes

Iirc, you can get one as a reward from the BOS.
