I don't think Fallout has a solar scorcher... Fallout2 does, but I don't think Fallout does...

Fallout doesn't have a Solar Scorcher. Only Fallout 2. However, Fallout does have an Alien Blaster.....

The Alien Blaster is even better then the Solar Scorcher.
