1.Is it bad to kill Roses' "Chicken"?
2.How do you get into the sierra army depot?
3.do you get anything special for killing all the Morton brothers?

to get sierra talk do the quests for the wright family..
nothing for killing all the mortons..
(nothing i found anyways)
i only killed that 'chicken' once and i didnt save, if i remember right u cant get omlets no more..
and thats about it..
but im not sure

Anyway, what you need to do is go to the little building off to the left. There are traps around, and the door is locked and trapped, but it can be picked. In there are some ammo crates. In one of the crates is a howitzer shell. Grab that, then head to the howitzer. "Use" the shell on the howitzer, then click on the howitzer to use it. To quote Algeron from New Reno: "BOOM!"

As for the other stuff: I think you may actually lose a bit of karma for offing the "chicken" If you're fairly low level when you get to it, the chicken may end up taking you out, though. The only thing I've ever gotten from the other Morton brothers is a few decent weapons. Their gangs are usually equipped with stuff like HKGll, Flamers, .223 pistols, HK CAW, etc.
