Alien Blaster Gun ?

Is there an Alien blaster gun ? if so where can i find it..

Also which is the best weapon for taking out the badguys.. I mean normally i use the Bozar but I always run short on the old Ammunition....

I really liked the sniper rifle or the gauss rifle. If you have good long-ranged stats, you can knock your opponents out cold and hammer them to death while they are unconscious. That is always how I kicked the alien's ass. Once they are down and out, you automatically have a 95% chance of damage and can take them down quickly and humanely.

The alien blaster can be found a couple of squares above modac from a merchant in a random encounter.....though i never seem to catch the guy....probably because i'm never up that way late in the game.....and with regards to the bozar ammo , you don't find it plentiful throughout the game????? pretty common ammo in my book.....but sometimes there is less when i load up a game....but i usually carry at least 500 rounds.

5. Where do I find the Alien Blaster?

Well first you have to be level 14 or better, I think. Then head to north of Modoc. Walk around the world map there, and eventually you'll get an encounter with 'A trader with guards' (it may take a while to encounter.) Save the game here. Walk up to the trader, and use the 'steal' skill to see what he is holding. If he's holding the Alien Blaster, you can either kill him and take 5 of them, steal all 5 of them, or buy one of them (do that if you're a good guy). He may have some other junk like sharpened poles or 14mm pistols, if that happens you'll have to try and encounter him again. If you kill him you can still encounter him again though.


The alien blaster is a good gun if you find it. The Pulse Rifle and Plasma Rifles are good too, they have easy to find ammo, but are energy weapons.

yep i found it a couple of squares above modoc.....only took me 2 encounters though and i didnt know about the killing him and get 5.......damn!! oh well.....anyway i think i was level 28 and a luck of 9 but i dont know if that effects it.
and as for your bozar ammo? jeez man i had like 4,0000 ammo.
