Im gettin ready for the battle at the Enclave, so i need to stock up on .223 ammo and rockets. Wheres the best place to get ammo?

How about SF, VC, and NCR?

But I am surprised in learning that you need those ammos for Enclave, because I usually have way too much by the time I got there. Unless you are talking about the gas station, which you could've done without fighting and get everyone's weapons and ammos for free.
