[FO2] Arroyo, New Town or same thing

Arroyo, New Town or same thing

If anyone can tell me this, please do. Okay, at the end of the game does my tribe get back to Arroyo and make a new city cause I still have both GECKs. But I just want to know if I can get a house cause in the guide or instruction book thing in the appendix with the reciepes it shows a house with a dude and a lady. I just wanted to know if anyone else has seen that and can they tell me if Arroyo becomes a town like that picture. :)

It does make a new city in the ending, but you don't get to visit it in the game, so there's no house.

That town is the android town that was removed from the game and cant be found. baaad Interplay.
