bishop's wife

After I bang her, and I leave the building I can find Vic or Slius, They both disappear after I sleep with her. Where did they go? ALso, what is this about a briefcase?

If you're referring to "bishop's briefcase", go talk to Thomas Moore(In Vault city, he's the guy that stands somewhere in front of the corrections center saying things like "slavery shall damn this city!") and tell him that you agree on his opinions. (something like "amen, brother!") after a while, he will give you a briefcase to be delivered to John Bishop.
