Bloody mess trait
[font size=1" color="#FF0000]LAST EDITED ON Jun-27-02 AT 12:55PM (GMT)[p]I was looking at a recent guide by Per in which it stated (Quote Unquote
Bloody Mess: Fun to begin with (for instance, start up a game and beat up Klint), but doesn't do anything in game terms, and gets tiresome. You'll see those animations anyway and it will feel more like a reward (!) without this trait.
I disagree entirely with this statement. I think that you get more of a glowing feeling inside as you see your opponent's chest torn out, exposing ribs, (regardless of what you hit them with and where, {there is also a head decapitation clip i think}) or when a mutants stomach bursts, leaving him to slowly sink into the ground. I also like to think that you are leaving him thoroughly, thoroughly dead.
I don't mean to offend Per, in fact I congratulate him for what I consider to be an excellent walkthrough, with far more info than any others I've read (and believe you me, I've read a hell of alot), it's just this point I differ with him on.
I would welcome anyone else's views on this...
