book from toilet

in the den(again) there's a book in toilet to the
west of what-is-his-name's bar. is there anything
to do with it? and what can i do with the daisies
from the crashed whale place?

The book (Lavender flower, wright) is a quest item. If you completed the Fred quest for Becky, you can get another one from her involving the book.
The daisies are useless.
