Put a buck in and if your agility (i think) is to low you don't catch the thing (the cola bottle) but it hits you for a few HP's.

I was killed by a gang of homeless people once... the bastards attacked right after a fight in the beginning of the game and I only had 2 hp... damn them. I now eradicate any homeless people I find... well, I did before that too, but now I feel justified in my torture.
