Do I really need to give Bishop the briefcase or can I just off him and not worry about it? Also, where is the drug dealer that killed the kid?

You can't do any missions for Bishop if you kill him - unsurprisingly.

You can drop the name of any dealer you've talked to already. Mr. Wright will take care of the rest. If you want to find the ones responsible, you'll need know HOW Richard actually died. You'll need either a certain empty jet canister or do an autopsy on the corpse. Once you learn the cause of death, ask each dealer what he knows.
