Broken Hills footlockers

yeah sorry if there *used* to be a thread or two regarding this, but when is searched (yes archives included) it came up w/ nothing. Is there any possible way to get to the 4 footlockers at the top of the screen when you first go to broken hills?

Two ways exist.
1. This one is a little tricky because you can end up on the exit grid. Walk up just after you enter BH. Stand as close to the fence and as close to the left side of the screen without getting on the exit grid. Click behind the fence and you should make it. I always ended up on the exit grid however but some have done it using this method.
2. Go directly down from after entering BH. You'll notice an opening in the fence there. Walk through it and walk as much down and to a bit to the right of you screen. Now you must use your mouse or arrow keys to move the screen window. Go as far down as possible on the left side of the brahmin pen. Move your screen to the right. Click on the other side of the brahmin pen. When you arrive there go as far down and to the left side of the factory and move your screen to the right again. Click under the factory and then move your screen and so on and so forth. I think you can handle it from here. Basically you must move your screen a few times and run behind all the buildings in the first section of BH.

I have gotten there using that method, and i think i know what you did wrong. Using the exact method, word for word, you described, will always (at least for me) end you up on the exit grid. Here is what i do. Stand as close to the fence and left side of the screen as you can without exiting. If you move your screen up you will see one side of a fence and a building meet. Click around this point (obviously on the side of the footlockers, not on the town side). The lockers arent really that important so dont sweat it if you cant get them.

The way I've found is this.

At the fence, just north of the exit grid after entering town..click as close as possible to it AND so that the movement cursor is half OFF the screen, so, when your character finishes moving, they end up partially off the screen...From there, you can click above the fence area and from there, onto the section behind the buildings where the lockers are...

This is the only sure-fire way i've found to save me from exiting Broken Hills

My number 2 works aswell, allthough it might take a bit longer to reach them.
