Broken Hills-General Store-Basement-Thingy

When you kill the owner of the general store in Broken Hills and go down into her basement, you get a message saying you found her secret weapons stash, and get 200 xp, or someso. Is this a quest, and if so, how do you get it?

Well, the rumor is that it was suppose to be a quest that ties in with the main quest in Broken Hills that solves the mutant/human relationships problem. If you help the mutants, you were given the chance to raid her secret stash so the humans don't have enough fire power to drive out the mutants. She is one of the supporter to drive them out. And one of the ghouls was suppose to take over her shop after she gets arrested. But, I guess they didn't have time to finish it.

That's more than I knew, but the stash is still used by the game; if you complete the quest to blow up the mutants, you get permission from Jacob to enter the stash (talk to Liz first) and take the stuff in it. Also you can enter it using Sneak at any time. I never got any xp from this though.
