Brotherhood/Frank Horrigan

I read somewhere that Frank Horiggan kills Marc of the brotherhood in san fran but ive never seen it myself. how do i get to see this?

from memory u go down to the computer and watch the security camera's..

It's vault 13 AND the BOS outpost in San Fran. You have to do the Vertibird plans quest. After you have done this and come back to San Fran after a while you'll notice that Marc is gone. go down the elevator in the outpost and use the computer there and watch the scene unfold. WARNING. This sometimes triggers a bug in the game where the merchants don't restock anymore. To be on the safe side, only do this when you are near the end of the game.
