Can someone help me out (Navarro base) ?...
I have a certain problem in getting the fob tanker in Navarro. I spoke to the guard in front of Commander's office, and he told me, that in an hour or so comes someone for cleaning. So I waited for awhile, and then came and said I'm the man. He let me in, and I tried looking for the fob, but couldn't find it. I wasn't able to lockpick one of the lockers, so it's probably inside. Then I went out, spoke to Cookie the cook, and went back to the guard and told him that I want to have the fob secured. He asked me to get a printed order from comm center. BUT: I don't know how to persuade guys in comm center to give me such order; AND when i try to talk to the commander (about having the fob secured) he just says "Hurry up with that cleaning" or something. What should I do? Without fob I can't end my game...

. You need an extremely high charisma or speech skill to do what you are proposing so unless you;ve got some Mentats lying around I suggest blowing stuff up.
