Can time run out?

I've been running around the game quite a lot since I haven't got the car yet. I'm wondering can I run out of time? I already got two arroyo dreams urging me to hurry, and I feel that I'm hardly halfway through. Is saving time something I really should be concerned about or is it just a role-play-ey thing in the game?

Dont worry about it, youve got 13 years game time, which lasts a hell of a long time, even if you do run around on the world map for ages.
And dont worry about the dreams either, it doesnt matter since you automatically get the fourth and final dream when you find the geck if you havent had it already, but it doesnt really matter if you already had that dream ages ago.

..is there any end-movie if you spend those thirteen years without achieving any goal? In the Fallout The First, there was a bad-end movie (muties come in to the vault and fuck that damn Overseer!..you know what I mean) that actually was very impressive.
