can't find a cure for Jet

What do I have to do to get the doctor in Vault City to talk about Jet. I have already talked to the councilman and the people in Redding. I have 100% doctor and 10 INT.

What is the problem?

Did you apply the patch ? If so this quest is solved diferently.

You can still get it from the doctor if you take the medical tour and then try to leave conversation right away.

You need to have doctor skill for at least 80%(I think, it's been a while), and you'll need to be poisoned or radio active, you'll also need to be a citizen, ask the doc to help you, then you can get your innoculation shots, then you can ask him about the tour.
