Can't Get San Fransico On Map, NEED HELP!!!!

I've tried almost everything but i just can't figure out who to talk to or where to go to get san fransico on my map. If anyone knows please tell me, i'm despret

Go to the military base and check out the tents outside the base. In one of them is a map with the location to San Fransisco. Alternatively just travel west from NCR and eventually you'll get there.
