Carved rock trivia thingy

I came across a "hidden" detail in the game that I haven't seen mentioned anywhere, sort of like the goo computer in Modoc. So I thought I'd turn it into a trivia question: where in the game do you find a pile of rocks that has faces of old men carved into them? I'd be surprised if too many people know. :/

Sometimes, you can find them in random encounters
(I did yesterday)or the Wanamingo Mine in Redding.

Hm, you're right. The one I was thinking about is in the Dragon's yard in SF, almost completely obscured by trees, and since I'd never read or noticed that description anywhere else I thought it was a hidden reference or something. (I remember reading that the whole Dragon-Lo Pan business is a reference to some beat-em-up.) But I guess it's not. Dhaem.

That's Lou Kang you're thinking of.

Though it's likely that they stole Lo Pan from Lou Kang... the two names sound alike. But who is Dragon?
