Cassidy's heart problem got Cure?

Hi guys, I was replaying the game and was wondering if the old man can be cured of dying from stimpaks.... Maybe something along the line of getting a replacement heart in the military installation or some sort

There are pills in the NCR for the heart but they have no effect on cassidy. there isnt a replacement heart either so he just has to live with his problem.

And besides he doesn't die of Stimpaks. The only things that will kill him are Jet, Psycho and Buffout, and you don't need to give him that.
