Citizens in Gecko attack me...Bug??

When I enter Gecko town some of the citizens attack me. Is this a bug or do you have to do something!

Are you sure you haven't done something that could upset the citizens?

You need to patch you version of fallout2. Once you have you shouldn't have this problem
