Combat Implants....

How do I get the combat implants? Well, I have a combat armor and the cash but I cant seem to find the dialogue about the implants with the doctors.

look in Vault city's vault on the computer on the lv where the doc is. you need 75-80% doctor skill to understand them

D'oh... My doctor skill is arround 25%, no wonder...
