Couple more questions

1. where is the part to fix the navcomputer for the tanker?
2. even with my intelligence jacked up with mentats i still can't pass the citizen test in vault city. is there any way to get in without passing the test or killing everyone?

Need some Navcom? Get it at THE VAULT 13 LOCKER ROOM.

Wanna go to Vault CIty?
1. Get the Day Pass.
2. kill Everybody.
3. Talk to those guy who give you the daypass that you know that McClure got some prob's. He'll give you a free Daypass.

How to enter de' Vault?
1. Be a Vault City Citizen.
2. Kill those two guards (I think you need a good gun such as FN-FAL, Bozar, CAWS, or.223 pistol, at least 20 stims and looooooooooootttttssssssssssss of luck!! (please don't try these at home)).
3. At the map screen (when you enter the Vault City you come to the map screen to choose where you wanna go. The courtyard or inner area). Then press the numeric button on your keyboard (that 1234567890 button if you don't know what I mean.) 1 is for Courtyard, 2 for inner area (GATE), 3 for the Vault and 4 for the Council area.
4. Move to the guards at the Vault door. Activate the combat mode and move your character to the vault door. (easy way. Hehehehe).

One more way to enter the Vault (my favorite method :)), is having 3 or less intel. Talk to Skeev. He'll "sell" you in to servitude where you'll end up helping Marvin (I think that's his name. He's the guy who's singing the song from the original FO)

Also, it IS possible to pass the citizenship test. You'll need Int and Luck of 10 and 5 toes on each foot. (no mutated 6th toe).
