Ctrl-R?

Ive been out of the game world a long time ( College), What is the Ctrl-R thing and where else ya can go but HHG2? and is there any other new shortcuts ?

That's when you hit Ctrl-R at the main menu and jump to any location in the Fallout world you want. The only problem is you can't do anything once you're there.
