Dead Robot

On the fourth floor of the Sierra Army Depot after killing a security robot I use the repair or science skill on the dead body it says "Got it?". Is that just an annoying message, or if I have a higher skill I will actually get something?

Are you sure that's not Vic?

Yeah, I don't have Vic (I use no NPC's they just piss me off anyway). I should had been more specific. The dead body does not say it in the game screen, but it says it in the bottom left text screen.

If you use First Aid or Doctor on a corpse, it will say "You can't heal the dead" and such, so it may just be something like that. Or maybe it's a bug where the message window channels freak messages from Vic although he's not around. Raise your Repair skill above 70-80% or so if you're not there already and see if the message goes away.

My repair skill is above 80% (read a lot of books), and it gives that message if I use a wrench or pliers as well. It is probably just a random message.
