Ear, easter egg and the New Reno thingie

I'm in New Reno and one of the tips given out by the Magic 8-ball tells me to go to the first men's toilet in the Desperado casino. Is there anything special there or izzit a bug?And where do u get the ear?

its not a bug u can get some grandes in one of the toilets...
u can get the ear in the boxing fight with the masticator
